What is the difference between a 30 year roof and a 40 year roof?

What should I expect during the roofing operation?
There will be a lot of noise, vibration, debris both on the ground and in the garage – and at the end of each day it will be cleaned up. We will need to park trucks in the driveway and on the street. We will also need a power source. Pictures should be ether removed or property fastened. Cars should be out of the garage.
Will there be a foreman on site I can talk to.
Yes, There will be a foreman. Not only that, but Kurt is always available.
Can I deal with one contractor on a job of a larger scope?
Yes, because Kurt is a licensed general contactor as well as a roofing contractor we do a lot of the work ourselves and have the ability to coordinate and hirer and necessary subcontractors needed.
What about my exciting solar system?
They will need to come off in most cases, but sometime we can work around them. Keep in mind each job is different.
What is Title 24?
It is the Energy Efficiency Standards for Residential and Nonresidential Buildings were established in 1978 in response to a legislative mandate to reduce California's energy consumption.
